My passion is to work with young women-- adolescents and young adults-- who are stepping into the truth of who they are... Usually this begins with a fair amount of suffering and struggle whether it's an encounter with an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or self-harm. I use a psychospiritual model to empower young women to embrace their authentic voices in world that often tries to make them smaller.
Maybe you feel like you've followed the rules, done everything "right" and still don't feel like it's enough. Maybe your relationship with your body, food, and hunger feels overly complicated and stressful. My focus is to help you listen to, trust, and empower your own voice to build the life you want.
Together we will help you get back in touch with your self, your body, and your desires. I will help you cultivate more trust in listening to your mind, body, soul, and Spirit so that life feels satisfying and meaningful using your inherent wisdom as a guide.
My speciality is using DBT, depth psychology, and body-oriented practices to help you learn how to listen to yourself deeply and feel better. Together we can help you remember how to live life in a way that feels empowered and pleasurable. www.KathrynCHolt.com
