Many people underestimate their own stress level and overestimate their ability to cope with that stress. Could your stress level be improved? What would the improvement look like? How could it be changed? Why? For me, counseling is about listening, learning, understanding. It's about getting "stuff" out of our heads. It's about learning how we can express ourselves, and knowing it is okay to share with another person. Counseling is about finding a positive solution for a negative situation. It's about self-love.
