I have been in private practice for 17 years and specialize in Integrative Therapy. My approach is deeply intuitive, compassionate and relational.
My early training was in Gestalt and Jungian Therapy and over the last 10 years I have trained in other modalities including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Therapies, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, Integrative Mental Health, Applied Existential Psychotherapy (AEP) and Holistic Healing using EFT, Bach Remedies, Aromatherapy, Supplements, body-centered movement and meditation.
My clients find real benefit from this integrative approach as it offers what I call a whole-person ‘road map’ - a tangible way to work on understanding and overcoming trauma and ‘lifetraps’ (or deep-seated issues, feelings and coping patterns) that they keep repeating again and again. Working with the whole person allows for a more comprehensive understanding, deeper healing, holistic health, and more vibrant well-being, guided by heart-centered wisdom.
Whether it is depression, anxiety or not feeling good enough, barely having the energy it takes to make it through a day, or going through familiar patterns in relationships that are painful repeat performances, I can help you.
