Mental Health Professionals

Hello! I have been working in the counseling field since 2004. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Metro State University and then obtained a master’s degree from University of Northern Colorado. I am a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Matrix Addiction model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational interviewing to help my clients work through and benefit from change. I am also very active in the recovery community and a strong advocate for mental health and wellness. I have extensive experience working in a variety of clinical settings for addictions and co-occurring illness, including Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, Therapeutic Communities and Sober Living homes.
