Being stuck in old patterns, behaviors, and habits is discouraging and frustrating. It can feel so overwhelming to be caught in repetitive cycles where you feel you have no control over living your best life. By the time you have reached out for help, this repetitious destructive behavior is comfortable and yet causes feelings of hopeless and shame. It may be difficult to reach out to friends and family because it feels like you are having the same conversations with them again and again.
People who are struggling with creating positive change have some limiting belief about themselves that prevents them from making the change they are so desperate to achieve. Identifying this limiting belief can ultimately change your behaviors and lead you to creating the long-lasting change you seek.
I enjoy working with people who experience cyclical patterns of unhealthy behaviors because they tend to be intelligent, creative, persistent, and imaginative; people who have so much potential for living their best lives when their energy is channeled in a healthy way.
