Kristina works from the tradition of Contemplative Psychotherapy. Contemplative Psychotherapy is founded on the notion that each human being possesses the inherent qualities that fully serve them in healing trauma, conflict and dis-ease. Kristina has over 10 years combined experience of mindfulness practice and working with individuals in the mental health field. Within the therapeutic context she strives to stay in a curious and open frame of mind, while engaging in a learning process with those she works with. By staying present to the therapeutic relationship, she embodies the qualities of curiosity, compassion, insight and humor. She feels humbled and inspired by the process of accompanying those in that personal journey.
