I work with anyone suffering from psychological and emotional trauma. If you have experienced car accidents, natural disasters, physical violence, difficult surgeries, or other difficult experiences you may be living with trauma and it doesn't have to be a life sentence. I love helping people discover more range and possibility in their lives.
I also work with young men and adults who are figuring out who they are in the world and where they want to go. I work with anyone who is interested in learning more about who they are and how they might be getting in their own way.
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, an Assistant Trainer with the Love and Trauma Center, Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate School of Psychology at Naropa University where I am also a Meditation Instructor. After getting my bachelors in Buddhist Studies and Psychology, I worked as a timber frame carpenter, permaculture designer and organic farmer before attending Naropa University’s Contemplative Psychotherapy program. In my free time I enjoy gardening, meditation, brazilian jiu jitsu, stand up comedy, and soul music.
