As a therapist, I provide confidential support for you to talk privately about the most important issues in your life. Many of my clients come to me in times of transition, experiencing a quarter- or mid-life crisis, recovering from a major illness or loss, feeling down, or yearning for more. More connection. More fulfillment. More of life.
I am dedicated to holding a warm, non-judgmental space where together we can safely explore your current situation in the context of your personal history and life experiences.
Beneath suffering, unpredictable circumstances and self-limiting beliefs lies resourcefulness for emotional wellbeing. I am committed to helping you improve your life by identifying strengths, values and goals while cultivating new habits for happiness. Together, we'll navigate these difficult times and uncover a more meaningful, creative and satisfying life.
With a specialization in women's health, I partner with doctors and clinics supporting your integrative care by providing counseling for cancer, chronic illness, survivorship, assisted reproduction, infertility, perinatal and postpartum depression/anxiety, PMS/PMDD, and obesity/weight loss. I am here for you or a woman you love.
I received my undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. I am a member of the American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, and Western Positive Psychology Association.
