Doesn’t everyone hate change? My guess is almost everyone hates the process of change and the fear that comes with the unknown; however, most also really love the outcome and benefits of all their hard work. Change can be scary, intimidating, and seem unnecessary. However, as Albert Einstein noted “Insanity: [is] doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” As we get to know each other you will learn I use a lot of weird quotes and antidotes.

Why am I an expert in change? Well, my life has been full of change. I have moved a lot, changed careers, and overall chased a lot of dreams and goals. Have I done it all gracefully??? Oh heck no! However, I did learn, cry, laugh, and grow. I moved from California with $400 in my back pocket and headed to Virginia – no job, no place to stay, no cellphone, but I did have a goal and a dream. It all worked out, just not as planned but what a journey.

You could say I have never fit into a box or lived up to what others want me to be. However, I have lived my journey - the good, the bad, and, the ugly. I am often met with criticism and nay sayers; however, I believe living my authentic purposeful life is worth the challenge.

This is why I want support you when you are ready to begin a purposeful and intentional journey forward to develop the future you desire. By you choosing to live and work intentionally, you can be happier, more productive, and live life more gracefully and peacefully. I want to share my gift of helping you develop a new way of looking at life’s challenges and exploring alternative solutions; hence the name of my practice, Solutions in Change and my holistic view.
