I believe that our relationships are the key to personal transformation and fulfillment.
I have spent my lifetime fascinated by relationships—how they inform the development of our identity, how they challenge us, and what they teach us. I have come to recognize that our most important relationships usually magnify our deepest fears and insecurities. However, they also offer powerful opportunities for emotional and spiritual growth.
I utilize an experiential and collaborative approach to help my clients find meaning in their struggles. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and Master’s level registered psychotherapist providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families across the developmental lifespan. Drawing from Attachment Theory, Neuropsychology, and Systems Theory, I integrate mindfulness and somatic interventions into my approach to therapy.
I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. My studies emphasized a systems orientation, focusing on Marriage and Family therapy. I also hold an MBA in Integrated Communication from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a BS in Marketing and Leadership from the University of Denver.
